LONG TIME NOthingtoSEE

So sorry to all of you who just hang on my every blog post (that was a joke) I haven't posted in forever.
Since last post school has started back up (and is going well), I got a new job (more below), bought a more fuel efficient vehicle (actually still paying for it, bought it from my parents), and I started learning how to play the electric Bass. Last Sunday (not yesterday) was the first youth worship that I helped to lead. We played some really cool songs, one of them was called Everything to God (the bass part is really fun). I will try to put the song on here so you can hear it. I now work for Tri-signs (a sign company duh:). There I help to build, install, and repair all types of signs. It is really neat. Well now you are all pretty much up to date on what is happening here so cya later

Couldn't Sleep

Yeah so I couldn't sleep so I figured I would try to write a post here goes:
This summer I have been through a lot; I was out of church for a long time.I wanted to be there, but I was always too tired or something stupid like that. My grandmother died. I lost my job. I was probably depressed at some point, but I'm not really sure. God has been with me through it all though. I started going to church again a few weeks ago (It has been really great). I have also started attending Wednesday night services with my sister and brother-in-law (which has been great too). My neighbors whom I have lived by for several months suddenly had work for me to do (you know after I lost my job). God has been providing for my needs through all the odd jobs I have already wrote about. It is great to read about God providing for your needs, but living it out is even more amazing. Update

Hi everyone, so I haven't posted every other day, but every so often is better than every other month so here is the update. I have been doing odd jobs for the neighbors as you know. Well I am now building and installing shutters for them, this time instead of money for payment I received a new tool called a router. A router can be used to make all kinds of neat designs in wood. The shutters are constructed of four 2x4's that I beveled with my new router. It worked really well. So you heard the story give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for life. Well I got a tool that I can use on other jobs to make more money :) Cool huh? Here is a picture of my router (when the shutters are all finished I will post a picture of them)

Bargain Shopper

Today I did some work for the neighbors. I put up new front porch lights, and installed new mailboxes. It all looks really good. Now the reason for todays title; I took Braden with me to Sonic during 2-4 pm half price happy hour, and on our way there we stopped at a thrift store cause he wanted to look for something. He didn't find what he was looking for, but I found a real bargain. Then we went to Sonic and got green apple slushes (they are really good). Ha, you thought I wasn't going to tell you what my bargain was. I got a 17" Samsung flat screen computer monitor for 20 bucks. I was really excited because they sell for around 80-100 dollars. It works like new too. I guess that is all I have to say for today.

And now for Today

Today I helped my friend with the new home. First some background info so this will make more sense. The house he bought has not been lived in for about 15 years. The people who owned it were using it for storage. So we have been clearing out the garage and moving all kinds of furniture and antiques into the garage. The old owners are going to get whatever they want and then the rest will be sold in a garage sale. I went with my friend to the carpet store and helped him pick out the carpet for the living room and the hallway. I will try to get some pictures posted soon so you can see before and after. I will try to post at least every other day from now on and keep you all informed on my exciting life ? : )

Another because I have more to say

This Tuesday and Wednesday I went to Natural Dam and helped my Brother-in-law and Sister with a movie they are making. You can find some previews of the film on my Brother-in-law's blog (I think) you can find his link on the sidebar it says Luke. Then on Wednesday night I went to church with them @ First Baptist Branch. It was really great.

I'ts About TIME !

Hi everyone, I have been meaning to post for a long time now. I have been procrastinating as you can see :P . So I have been doing a bunch of odd jobs lately painting, texturing, tree trimming, and demolition. My neighbors have put me to work painting doors and texturing a ceiling. Also, I helped my Friend/Landlord put in a new front door and I painted a bathroom for him. I also trimmed his trees in the front of his house so that you could see it (the new door) from the street. It looks really good now. He is getting new siding so soon it will look really good. Then this last week and this week I have been helping a friend with a house that he bought recently. We have torn down paneling and are getting ready to put in drywall and carpet. I was really hoping to get some pictures to go along with this post, but they will come later.
