And now for Today

Today I helped my friend with the new home. First some background info so this will make more sense. The house he bought has not been lived in for about 15 years. The people who owned it were using it for storage. So we have been clearing out the garage and moving all kinds of furniture and antiques into the garage. The old owners are going to get whatever they want and then the rest will be sold in a garage sale. I went with my friend to the carpet store and helped him pick out the carpet for the living room and the hallway. I will try to get some pictures posted soon so you can see before and after. I will try to post at least every other day from now on and keep you all informed on my exciting life ? : )

Another because I have more to say

This Tuesday and Wednesday I went to Natural Dam and helped my Brother-in-law and Sister with a movie they are making. You can find some previews of the film on my Brother-in-law's blog (I think) you can find his link on the sidebar it says Luke. Then on Wednesday night I went to church with them @ First Baptist Branch. It was really great.

I'ts About TIME !

Hi everyone, I have been meaning to post for a long time now. I have been procrastinating as you can see :P . So I have been doing a bunch of odd jobs lately painting, texturing, tree trimming, and demolition. My neighbors have put me to work painting doors and texturing a ceiling. Also, I helped my Friend/Landlord put in a new front door and I painted a bathroom for him. I also trimmed his trees in the front of his house so that you could see it (the new door) from the street. It looks really good now. He is getting new siding so soon it will look really good. Then this last week and this week I have been helping a friend with a house that he bought recently. We have torn down paneling and are getting ready to put in drywall and carpet. I was really hoping to get some pictures to go along with this post, but they will come later.

I think there is something wrong with the time stamp on my blog because it said my first post was posted at 5:11 AM and that was way off. Weird :P

My very first post (the others were by my brother)

Hmmm, it's hard to talk about myself. This is my first real post (my brother has been nagging me to post for a long time). I am a senior in college. I am majoring in mechanical engineering. I have always been mechanically inclined. From an early age I was interested in cars and how they work. My first job I was an apprentice in an auto repair shop. Now I am working as an intern at a company that designs and builds conveyor systems. I think it’s a pretty cool job.

I guess I should mention some other background info since this is my first post, and my first impression on the blogging community. I have a large family, a mom and a dad, four brothers and two sisters. I made a neat little picture of them all at the bottom of this page. I live by myself now (going on 7 months) in a small studio apartment. I guess that is all the crucial stuff for now.
